My rates are based on three things 

Location - How far do i need to drive?

Work load - Items upfront or the garage are much cheaper versus having to remove items from behind or inside the house.

What am I hauling - This boils down to the weight and size of the items

Very easy process in conjunction with above:

Address - Your address is needed for driving time

Pictures - Pictures of items help when giving an estimate.  (One persons sofa is another's 8 foot sectional with double recliners and sleeper bed.) 

Item location - Where is the item ? In the house needing removal , in the back yard , garage or can it be in the driveway ready for pick up? 

Payment Options - We accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, Debit and Credit Cards. Payment can be completed in person or an invoice generated and emailed to you in advance

Scheduling and pick up options - To schedule a traditional pickup contact me and we can fit you into the next open spot. 

Ghost Pickups - Our most popular and Cheapest type of pick up.  We work out the needed information, you approve your quote, you will then be given a window of when I will be by. Place the items out front where I can get to them & they disappear. You will not have to come outside or be home for a Ghost pick up.  

***Ghost pickups require payment prior to arrival to stream line the process.  Cash can be used as payment by hiding it in a pre arranged location on property. 

Yes, we pick up chemicals, paints, Motor oil and freon based equipment. Pending what needs to be picked up, volume and the disposal process fee's will be applied accordingly
